Help & FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Fares, airport pickups, Miqat stops, Ziyarah tours, payment, and booking — everything pilgrims ask us before travelling with Haram Routes.
Booking & Payments
No. All bookings are confirmed with zero advance deposit. You pay your driver directly, in cash or by card, once you arrive safely at your destination.
Send us your route, travel date, and passenger count on WhatsApp or by phone. We reply with a fixed fare quote — once you confirm, your booking and driver are locked in. You can also use the quick booking form on our website.
Cash and card payments are both accepted, paid directly to your driver at the end of the journey. There is no online prepayment required to reserve your ride.
Yes. Since bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone without an advance deposit, you can cancel or reschedule at no cost by messaging us as early as possible before your pickup time.
Our team communicates in Arabic, English, and Urdu, so pilgrims from Pakistan, the UK, the US, Malaysia, and across Africa can book and travel comfortably.
Fares & Pricing
All fares are fixed and confirmed before you travel — there is no surge pricing and no hidden charges. Your driver charges exactly the fare you agreed to on WhatsApp or by phone.
Fares from Jeddah Airport to Makkah start from SAR 200 for a sedan, with larger SUVs and vans priced higher depending on capacity. See our Fare List page for the full breakdown by vehicle type.
The Makkah to Madinah intercity fare starts from SAR 450 for a sedan, with SUV and van options available for families and groups. All fares are fixed and quoted before you book.
Airport Transfers
Our dispatch team tracks your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup schedule updates automatically at no extra cost to you.
Yes. Your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals terminal with a name card, helps with luggage, and takes you directly to your hotel in Makkah or Madinah — no need to search for transport after a long flight.
Makkah–Madinah & Miqat
Yes. Let us know when booking and your driver will make a complimentary stop at the relevant Miqat (such as Masjid Dhul Hulayfah / Abyar Ali or Yalamlam) so you can enter the state of Ihram.
The Makkah–Madinah route covers roughly 450 km and typically takes around 5-6 hours by road, including a comfortable rest stop. Your driver will also pause at the Miqat if you're entering Ihram along the way.
Ziyarah Tours
A Ziyarah tour is a guided, unhurried visit to the sacred and historical sites around Makkah and Madinah — such as Jabal al-Nour, the Cave of Hira, Masjid Quba, and Mount Uhud — with your driver waiting at each stop for as long as you need.
Ziyarah tours start from SAR 150 per vehicle for a roughly 3-hour round trip, with pricing varying by vehicle size and whether you add extended stops such as Taif or Khyber. See our Ziyarah Tours page for full itineraries.
Vehicles & Groups
All of our chauffeurs are professionally licensed and highly experienced with the routes between Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah, including all sacred-site protocols.
